Three steps

From the first conversation to the first post, in one session

  1. 1

    An interview with the Coach

The 18 questions a business coach asks in a first session: customers, competitors, numbers, worries and red lines. Skip any you like.

  2. 2

A ready team with your policies

Based on your industry (Online store, Clinic & medical, Restaurant & cafe and more), or for “Other”, the Coach builds the team step by step from your answers.

  3. 3

    Approve, reject and learn

Content arrives in the approval queue with a quality score. Every rejection with a reason becomes a lesson for that exact employee.

Skill mastery

When an employee gets a skill, it becomes a master of it

Each of the 153 skills comes with a mastery pack written from senior specialists' experience and real platform rules: principles, default policies, a delivery checklist, common pitfalls and a success metric. Give the skill and all of it is injected into the employee as rules, honoured on every run.

Network-specific post with A/B versions

Active

One idea turned into native versions for each network.

Master's principles
  • Every network has its own language: Instagram visual and personal, LinkedIn professional and insight-driven, X compact and punchy, Telegram newsy and direct.
  • Version B should change one variable (hook, angle or call to action), not everything; otherwise the test result can't be interpreted.
  • Limits are part of the design: X 280 characters (each link counts as 23), LinkedIn ideally 1300, Telegram caption 1024.
Policies that come with this skill
  • Check text length against each network's cap: X 280, Instagram 2200, LinkedIn 3000 (ideally 1300), Telegram/Bale/Eitaa caption 1024.
  • On Instagram put no link in the text, use at most 15 hashtags and place them in the first comment.
  • On X use at most 2 inline hashtags, and on LinkedIn at most 5 hashtags at the end.
Mistakes it never makes
  • Posting the same text on every network.
  • Putting a clickable link in an Instagram caption.
The learning loop

Every mistake happens only once

Employees spot each other's weak points and the fix becomes their colleague's rule. The Coach writes lessons from your rejections and even updates its own policy.

1 · Mistake
A 9-line caption was rejected
Your feedback: “Way too long”
2 · Evidence
Brand policy: 5 lines max
Judge: brand voice 61 / 100
3 · Lesson
The Writer learned from this feedback
Owner: the Writer, not everyone
4 · New rule
Captions max 5 lines, first sentence under 12 words
Low risk: applied automatically

Ready automations, free to copy

Built-in automations can't be deleted but can be tuned; copy them and change anything you like. They take inputs too: “make this video” with an attached file.

The brand guardian is a platform lock

Nothing is published without the brand guardian and the automatic safeguard. Real people's faces and voices are never generated without a contract.

The Coach is always there

On every page it makes suggestions for that page, points out weak spots and can write rules, hire employees or turn on automations.

Transparent pricing

100 credits = $1. The real cost of every step, right in front of you.

For every step you see which model did the work, what it really cost and how many credits were used. Rule-based steps like the safeguard and compliance are free.

FAQ

Before you start

What exactly is an AI employee?

Each employee has a clear role (writer, designer, video editor, SEO specialist, inbox agent and more), a set of skills and policies made for your brand. You can talk to it, attach files, give or take skills and duplicate it.

What does “skill mastery” mean?

Every skill has a mastery pack: a senior specialist's working principles, default policies, a delivery checklist, common pitfalls and a success metric. When you give an employee a skill, all of it is injected as rules.

What happens if I don't like a piece of content?

You reject it and write why. The Coach finds the responsible employee and writes a new lesson and rule for that employee only. Low-risk lessons apply automatically; high-risk ones wait for your approval.

How is the cost calculated?

100 credits equal $1. For every step you see the model used and its real cost; there are no hidden fees.

Can I make a video with a celebrity's face?

Not without a contract. The brand guardian is one of the platform locks and stops any real person's face or voice unless a contract is attached.

The Coach is waiting for your first conversation

Give it ten minutes; your team gets ready with policies made for your brand.
